The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation TSRTC operating 3600 special buses for Sankranti 2019 across Telangana and neighbouring states besides operating 3,500 buses from existing fleet. According to The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) regional manager for Rangareddy, E Yadagiri, The TSRTC Operating 3600 Special Buses For Sankranti 2019 are being run from the MGBS, JBS, CBS, Uppal Xroads and LB Nagar. The Heavy rush is speculated from 11th January to January 13th, the passengers are expected to leave to their native places on Friday evening or Saturday.
All steps are being taken to avoid any inconvenience for passengers. For this, TSRTC staff including senior officials will monitor round-the-clock all the main points during operation of special buses to ensure a hassle-free journey for the passengers, TSRTC officials said.
The Passengers can also avail services of shuttle buses to other bus depots in the city such as Uppal, JBS, Kachiguda, LB Nagar, and Aramghar from MGBS with the frequency of buses every 10-15 minutes. The fares for these TSRTC special buses are expected to be priced 1.5 times higher than the regular prices, though less as compared to private buses.
