Story: The film story is set in a haunted bungalow  in a deserted area of Dundigal. Sanjay (Satyam Rajesh) and his girlfriend Sandhya (Sushma Raj) decide to get away from the city and spend weekend in the Bungalow. After entering in the bungalow,  they started to experience paranormal activities. They are unaware of the fact that the bungalow is possessed by an evil spirit Gayatri (Trisha), and she starts to scare Sanjay and Sandhya. After several twists, the  past life of Gayatri is revealed.  What is her past? Why is she troubling to everyone? How the couple survived her forms the rest of the story.

Performance: Actress Trisha is said to be the main highlight of the film. She has done a fantabulous job with her role and has excelled in every single emotion that is given to her. She is an asset to this Nayaki Movie. Satyam Rajesh is terrfic once again in this movie. As he has some negative shades in his character he did superb job in evoking comedy. He rocked in the same way he do in his previous movies. Sushma Raj is nice in his innocent role. She is a well fit for her role. The other artists are well fit in their characters.
Technical:  The production value of the nayaki movie is just average. There was nothing special and unique in huge bungalow set. The background score is  oky  but in several scenes the music is too loud. The cinematography work handled by Jagadeesh Cheekati, is good. The screenplay and the narration of the movie are very slow. The story line is also  routine and predictable. The editing is below par. The usual formula of flashback and revenge like other movies, are used by director Goverdhan Reddy. There is a lack of intensity in the portrayal of the characters and logic is missing in some places.

Analysis: The main drawback of the Nayaki movie is its sluggish narration and screenplay. The director became fail to utilize the potential of actress Trisha and tried to cash her oomph factor. Nayaki Film doesn’t give the desired goose bumps. The director tries to manage the horror elements but became falters regarding execution.
