TS Telangana POLYCET 2016 Results: The Telangana POLYCET 2016 results are expected today. Earlier, the board has successfully conducted the entrance exam on 21st April 2016 and those who seek admission into Diploma level programmes have appeared for the exam. The aspiring candidates who had appeared for the exam might be waiting for the announcement of the result. Now the results will be declared today at 3 PM by the special chief Secretary of Telangana. Since the results will be out, the candidates can check them on the official website polycetts.nic.in .

The State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana (TSBTET) has been conducting various exams every year. It will release the notification and invite candidates for various exams. The board has earlier released the notification of POLYCET 2016 exam and invited those who seek admission into Diploma level programmes in 53870 seats in 220 colleges. The aspirants have applied for the exam in huge number. Around 127972 candidates have registered for the exam, out of which 124584 candidates have appeared for the exam. The exam was successfully conducted on 21st April 2016 across the state.
Telangana State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) has informed that the results of common entrance examination for admission into Polytechnic (POLYCET – 2016) will be released at 3 PM on Monday. The POLYCET – 2016 was held across the Telangana State on April 21. The results will be declared by Special Chief Secretary (Higher Education) Ranjeev R. Acharya at Conference Hall, D-Block in Telangana Secretariat.

- The minimum marks for declaring a candidate to have passed in the Entrance examination shall be thirty percent i.e., 36 marks out of 120.
- Candidates belonging to SC or ST shall be assigned ranking irrespective of the marks obtained in the entrance test. Such candidates with less than 30% marks in POLYCET 2016 shall be eligible to compete for their category of seats during the admission.
- The Candidates can download rank card from hptts://polycetts.nic.in or www.sbtetts.gov.in or from any help line centers or otherwise can contact coordinator of any helpline center for any further assistance.
- The Results of POLYCET 2016 will be released on 02-05-2016 by the SBTET Telangana as per the schedule and these results will be available its official web portal. Candidates can check their results from 02-05-2016.
