Telangana Government Banning online Movie Tickets Booking: The Telangana state cinematography Minister, Talasani Srinivas has given hints about banning the online movie tickets booking apps and sites in the state. On several occasions, the general public has complained about the hefty service charges levied by the online movie ticketing apps. For example, Rs 118 ticket would cost around Rs 140 after all kinds of Service Charges. To reduce this kind of extra charges forced on Common public, Telangana Government bis coming with an alternative.

In order to stop looting movie lovers in the name of innumerable taxes and erratic pricing strategies when they buy tickets online, the TS government is said to be considering this step. A Rs 200 ticket is going to cost nearly 20 rupees more when purchased online because there is huge service tax. Many cinema lovers have earlier expressed their concern over these extra charges.
