IT Minister KTR met Actress Samantha and announced her to be the brand ambassador of TESCO for Telangana Handloom clothes. He even presented a nicely weaved Pochampally style sari to her.
The KTR has thanked the actress for agreeing to be the promoter of handlooms on Twitter also congratulated her for the engagement. He said that this move adds glamor to the handloom and makes the same fashionable.
Samantha Prabhu expressed her gratitude for this opportunity and discussed her views on the ways to promote and improve the handloom sale. She seems to have good knowledge in this sector with the way she talked about the handloom making and sale at the event.
