YouTube Regional language Content: YouTube is adding a new feature for its users in India. Video service YouTube India Show Regional language Content on Home and Trending Sections. YouTube will automatically identify your preferred regional languages based on your watch history. It will support Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu languages.
YouTube Display more content in that language on Home. The language preference is based on the combination of your user interface language, your watch history, and your location. If you think that YouTube.com has identified the wrong language for you, you can change your language. Or you can simply watch more videos in your language and YouTube will gradually correct itself.

In Case of Home, you will see more local language content such as movies and music, especially if you are a first time user. If you are an existing YouTube user, you will continue to receive recommendations based on what you watch. Meanwhile, Youtube Trending will now show trending videos based on your local language. For example, if you have indicated Preference for Marathi, The Trending will contain videos that are trending amongst Marathi-speaking users in India. The YouTube India Show Regional language Content on Home and Trending Sections has started rolling out for all Youtube users in India.
