India is one of the biggest markets for Instagram, only second to the US and the company is constantly working on features to increase its popularity in the country. Tipster Jane Manchun Wong revealed on Twitter that Instagram Testing Hindi language support for Indian users. She also posted screenshots that show Settings page, the notifications, and comments as well as the profile in Hindi. The app will apparently have IGTV section in Hindi as well.

“The Instagram is working on supporting Hindi as part of their growth efforts,” Wong wrote on Twitter. Hindi language support for Instagram is reportedly available for its Android app as of now, with iOS expected to follow soon. Several options including entire Settings page, The notifications tab will appear in Hindi when the feature is released officially. In the screenshot shared by Wong, some labels still appear in English, suggesting the feature is under development.
