Inkokkadu Movie Review / Iru Mugan Movie Review Rating

Inkokkadu Movie Story: The movie begins with Aarushi (Nithya) and Mallik (Nassar) searching for Akhil Vinod (Vikram) a former RAW agent. Akhil was on a mission looking for a particular drug lord called Love (Vikram, again). Akhil was teamed with the best computer hacker and data analyst of the nation, Meera (Nayanthara), who also happens to be his wife. When Love killed Meera in the mission, everyone, including Akhil thought that he had killed Love in rage. But he’s back. And this time, with a special chemical drug called ‘Speed version 2.0’. This drug gives its users an adrenaline rush and immense strength to take down anyone who comes their way. Obviously, this will only leave all hell breaking lose, once it reaches the wrong hands. Will Akhil and Aarushi stop Love? Did Love really kill Meera? Do Akhil and Love past? To find out more, watch Inkokkadu!
Performance : Chiyaan Vikram is the best of the best performer. He is terrific as Akhil and Love. His performance as Love is so ruthless and splendid. It’s a delight to watch him play that role on screen. The variations he showed in performing both the contrast roles has a lot of depth. The Body language of love is superb. Actress Nithya Menon is very good and performed well and Hot Nayanthara is fine as Meera. She looks very glamourous in her role. Thambi Ramaiah shines as Mutthaiah. Rithvika did a small role which has some impact. Karunakaran is nice as Peter.

Publick Review: “Inkokkadu/Iru Mugan” Film has a predictable story and beaten-to-death screenplay. The first half of the movie has slow-paced narration, which is not engaging. The story gains momentum before the interval, but the dragging narration is continued in the second half. The climax is good.

Final Verdict: The First half of Inkokkadu/Iru Mugan is OK with decent story establishment and action episodes. It is the second half that totally spoils the show. Overall, Inkokkadu is yet another disappointing fare from talented actor Vikram.
