The episode starts with Akkineni Nagarjuna dancing on the Baahubali song. Due to Saturday, all the contestants chill by the pool and dance on some Telugu songs. Later, Nagarjuna Akkineni starts the weekend episode by calling Noel Sean as an over-thinker and asks Aryina glory to control her temper and be a little nice. Nagarjuna also pinpoints Abhijeet for his anger management and also calls out Surya Kiran for poking into other issues.

The houseguests prepare a song on the host Akkineni Nagarjuna and on the Kattappa task. The BB houseguests sing the song and impress the host with the performance. Nagarjuna gives a task to Aryina Glory and Syed Sohel to give a medal to each contestant depending on a word. The houseguests are asked to decide who the Kattappa is among Noel, Lasya, Surya Kiran, Akhil, and Amma Rajasekar.

The tag of Kattappa finally goes to Lasya according to houseguests but the host finally reveals that there is no Kattappa in the house. Lasya becomes the first captain of Bigg Boss 4. The host finally saves Abhijeet and Sujatha and Gangavva from elimination this week.
