Download Bhim App 1.2 Update Version: The BHIM app for UPI-based payments which crossed 1.1 crore downloads in 20 days has received a major update with new features. BHIM App has been updated to 1.2. the version on Android Smartphones by National Payments Corporation of India (NCPI) on January 25th.  gets support for seven Indian languages and improved security.All the user are advised to turn on the auto update feature of BhimApp in the Play store to avail latest updates.

The BHIM app now supports  Odia, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Gujarati apart from English and Hindi. The app has also received a new feature dubbed as‘Pay to Aadhaar Number’ that lets users add a payment option to the app, wherein the customer can transfer money to the Aadhaar number linked with beneficiaries’ bank account. Next up, the app gets SPAM Report feature that will help users block unknown persons requesting for money. Finally, the update improves Customer Redressal Mechanism with drop down menu.

According to Google platy store, BHIM App Version 1.2 includes Improved privacy settings with an option to disable mobile-number@upi; Mobile registration retry through OTP / USSD; the ability to choose SIM on dual-SIM phones; the ability to restore forgotten passcode; the ability to report issues to banks and view the status of resolution, and finally, the ability to reverse a payment received.Stay tuned for more latest Updates: Indiantalks.
