Ap Eamcet Results 2016: The Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) 2016 was conducted on April 29 and over six lakh students appeared for the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exam this year in all 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh which was held between March 26 and April 4.According to HT reports, on Friday, the Andhra Pradesh human resource development minister said that the EAMCET results will be declared on May 9.

Most of the aspirants who had appeared for the AP EAMCET 2016 exam might be anxiously waiting for the announcement of the results. Now the official announcement has been made that the results will be declared on 9th May. Earlier, the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada on behalf of APSCHE has conducted the AP EAMCET 2016 exam for the aspiring candidates on 29th April 2016. The number of candidates appeared for the entrance exam is in huge number.

Around 1.89 lakh candidates have appeared for Engineering exam and 1.03 lakh candidates have appeared for Agriculture and Medical exam. The preliminary answer keys for Engineering, Agricultural and Medical were also made available for the candidates to cross check their answers. The candidates rank will be decided based on the weight age.

The candidates should note that there are a weight age of 75 % marks from the EAMCET score and 25 % marks from the Inter marks. The candidates who qualify in the exam will be called for the counseling process rank wise.
