Reshmi Gautham Antham Movie Hit or Flop  Review & Rating –Antham Movie Public Review Talk :

Antham Story: The Antham movie story begins with the establishment of the hero and heroine being in different cities. They both are already in love and the hero is visiting his fiancé Rashmi Gautham who stays in Hyderabad. A few mysterious images of Rashmi Gautham are sent to the hero. Once Charandeep reaches Hyderabad, Rashmi Gautham gets kidnapped by some unknown people, who give Charandeep some money and blackmail him to do a few tasks. Charandeep along with Sudheer keep following the instructions given by the kidnappers until in the climax, they get to know the truth.

Performance: Actress Reshmi Gautham as (Vanitha) is good to her extent. She is meant to her glamour show and sensual acts. Charandeep is okay as Kalyan. He looks more like a villain than a hero. Vasudev as protagonist is average and is so loud. YouTube short film star Sudharshan who is roped to generate few laughs has failed miserably with flawed execution. All other actors are unknown faces and are pathetic.
Analysis: Well the director sure did mislead the audience by calling it a horror flick. Though a thriller, there is nothing thrilling or edge of the seat kind experience from the film. The actor’s performances are pretty mediocre and the story itself is very loose ended. Though the actors tried to pull off the movie’s suspense till the end, there has been nothing too enticing to keep the audience intrigued.
The execution of the film technically has been the only saving grace of the movie. Shot mostly during the night times, the camera works are pretty commendable. With a few jump cuts here and there, the editing is just about decent. Audience expected a few raunchy scenes between the hero Charandeep and Rashmi Gautham, the first song of the movie, which is a remix of Krishna Vamsi’s “eevelalo neevu”, which sadly sounded like a sleazy rip off.
Final Verdict : Not Romantic and Crime thriller.
