Allahabad Bank Contact Centre Opened with Toll-Free number 1800-572-2000 located at Madhapur in Hyderabad. The Allahabad Bank Contact center will enhance customer service and will provide information on all major aspects of banking. The services include general and account related queries, Debit Card specific queries, enquiry on basic banking services, queries on TDS/Tax payment details, complaints and service requests.
While currently, The Allahabad Bank customers can initially avail these services in three languages – Hindi, Bengali and English going ahead the bank will include major languages like Telugu, Tamil, and Marathi. “We are going to inaugurate a 24×7 (365 days) Contact Centre which will try to keep a friendly tone of voice and attitude,” a statement from the Allahabad Bank said.
It will deploy 50 to 75 agents besides required bank officials for the handling of customers call and overall supervision of the contact center. The Allahabad Bank has engaged Vsoft Technologies to provide all infrastructure and related support for the smooth running of the contact center.
Informing further in the press statement, the Allahabad Bank contact centre said will provide information related to general and account queries on products and services of the bank along with third party products, ATM-debit card specific complaints, enquiry on basic banking services and transactions, customer query on TDS-tax payments details, service requests, and queries on internet, mobile banking, SMS andtele banking, UPI, BHIM.
