66th National Film Awards 2019 Winners List: The National Film Awards is the most prominent film award ceremonies in India. The announcement of the 66th National Film Awards was held in New Delhi. Rahul Rawail, head of the Jury for feature films have submitted their report to Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar on Friday morning. 66th National Film Awards 2019 was announced that over 400 films were submitted in the feature film category and 256 films were submitted in the non-feature category.
