Ruler Movie Censor formalities have completed and the Censor Board has cleared the film with U/A certificate. With this, everything is cleared for the release of the film. The runtime of Ruler is locked to 2 hours and 30 minutes which is a perfect length for a commercial film. All the promos from Ruler suggested that it is a regular mass masala commercial fare.
Balakrishna will be seen in two shades in the movie. One is of a powerful Police Officer and the other one is of a corporate tycoon. Whether Balayya is playing the dual role or it is two shades of one role is to be seen on the silver screen. Vedika, Sonal Chauhan are playing the female leads in the movie. Bhumika Chawla will be seen in a very crucial role.
As per sources, the Ruler will be a pucca commercial entertainer with high on action elements. While the first half is said to have all the commercial ingredients like fights, heroines Vedhika, Sonal Chauhan’s glamour, and comedy, the second half is going to be an emotional ride. Bhumika Chawla who plays a key role will be seen in the second half where a twist in the tale is revealed. “Although the film is routine, masses would enjoy the film,” informs the source.

Chirantan Bhatt has composed music and all the songs released have been getting good reception. KS Ravi Kumar has directed Ruler. December 20th is a good date to release the film with Christmas holidays follow. C Kalyan has produced the movie. We have to wait and see how big Balayya can roar on the day of the release of Ruler.
